were professional, outgoing, and enthusiastic with

valuable to our sales department in specific and the club
in general. As a result of your training the club

Dear Ms. Basham,
Thank you for providing the recent training for my sales
staff. After careful analysis, your training impacted
my operation in the following ways:
- Trained my sales director to look for, promote, and
train outreach skill first not last.
- Made role playing an essential part of our training
and trouble shooting skills.
- Created daily goals to allow the sales person to
self-evaluate their progress, as well as being evaluated
by their supervisor.
- Increase the effectiveness of the Guest Registration
Sheet by using it as in interview sheet, not as an
application.
