| Group Fitness Instructors & Director: |
| The group fitness director position involves trouble shooting fitness programs that are in need of a turnaround and requires overseeing instructors, weekly classes, creating specialty programs, and workshops. This person must be self motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate, excellent instructor with creativity, excellent written & verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and follow through. Candidate must have 3-5 years of teaching experience and 3 years in a fitness management position, 2 or more group fitness certifications, CPR, First Aid, Bachelor’s Degree or Associates. |
