| Basham Management & Associates is seeking a part-time assistant. The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative, prepare correspondence, and clerical support to the President. The candidate will be able to work from home 2 -3 day(s) per week with a flexible schedule. |

Proficiency with Advanced Microsoft Office skills Word, Excel, Outlook, & Power Point.
Solid organization skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on time-sensitive projects.
Able to work simultaneously on multiple short and long term tasks.
Able to take initiative and solve problems creatively.
Pleasant, punctual, and works well either independently or in a team.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Maintaining and updating various customer records.
Documenting policies and procedures
Assisting in assembling marketing campaigns.
